I’m an ecosystem and growth operator with 7+ years of experience across blockchain, AI, fintech, SaaS, and e-commerce. I work at the intersection of ecosystem, product, and growth to turn customer signal into coordinated execution.

My operating philosophy is simple: strategy only matters when it becomes repeatable execution. I build systems that create clear ownership, shared cadence, and practical decision loops so teams can move faster with less ambiguity.

Most of my work centers on four outcomes: protecting high-value account retention, translating user pain points into roadmap priorities, improving cross-functional growth operations, and aligning narrative with go-to-market execution.
